Chapter 203
That evening, Leopold didn’t leave, but spent the night in the room next door.
Aurelia had a habit of rising early, so that she could peacefully complete her prenatal yoga routine.
Leopold, cradling a cup of coffee, watched her with genuine interest.
Apart from her belly growing a little bigger, and her breasts were fuller, like gently rising hills, her figure remained slim.
After her yoga, Aurelia joined him, “I love this spacious balcony so much in this house. If I weren’t moving out after delivering the babies, I would’ve filled it with flowers.”
Leopold took a sip of his coffee, musing over the fact that she would indeed be moving out soon.
When the time came for her to give birth, she would move to a safer location, under 24–hour surveillance. “As your pregnancy progresses, you need to be careful. Yuna will accompany you to and from work.”
“What?” she blinked in surprise, “Won’t that raise suspicions?”
Leopold arched an eyebrow, replying, “She is a security officer in the building, technically your colleague, living on the same floor. What’s suspicious about commuting together?”
“Well, it makes sense.” Aurelia acknowledged, not knowing that Yuna, a daytime security officer at Astral Enterprises, had been specifically assigned to her by Leopold.
After breakfast, Aurelia, dressed and ready, picked up her bag from the couch to leave for work.
“You’ve got a new handbag, haven’t you?” Leopold’s deep voice echoed from behind her.
She turned, making a playful face as she replied, “Everyone knows I can’t afford that bag. If I walk into the office with it today, they’ll all think it’s a gift from a mysterious boyfriend. Mr. Leopold, you would surely be displeased, right?”
Leopold instantly thought of Arnold, a chill flashing in his eyes.
Her lashes fluttered, revealing a mischievous glint, “So, I’ve decided to carry it on the day I become a director. I’ll strut into the office and tell everyone it’s a promotion gift from the big boss!”
Suppressing a chuckle, Leopold rubbed his forehead.
This woman was… full of tricks!
Laughing, Aurelia left.
Carrying the Hermès she finally understood the joy of luxury!
She would have to work harder to earn more money.
Time to pull up your socks, little underdog!
Arriving at the office building, Aurelia made a pit stop at Starbucks, buying four cups of coffee.
Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted a BMW parked at the entrance of the building.
She saw a plump man stepping out of the car, and on closer inspection, she realized it was Ritchie.
He opened the passenger door, and a woman dressed in Prada emerged – it was Emma!
Good Lord! Aurelia was so shocked that her jaw almost dropped.

Ritchie’s online friend was indeed Emma, no wonder the story sounded so familiar. This was going to be a spectacle for sure.
She quickly moved away from the window to avoid being seen.
