A smirk curled up at the corner of Leopold's mouth. "Sending Skyler to Elysium was probably the worst move they've ever made. Tanya's visit must be to try and take him back home."

Aurelia huffed, "Skyler's all grown up. He can make his choices now. They can't tell him what to do."

She sipped her coffee, pulling out her phone. "Take a look at this picture of your niece Nova. She's adorable."

Leopold glanced at the photo before wrapping her in his arms. "I want a daughter, too."

She shot him a playful glare. "Well, you'd better find a woman to have one with."

His brow furrowed slightly. "Are you serious?"

"What do you think?" she teased in reply.

He flicked her forehead with a snap. "You wouldn't be dumb enough to push your husband onto someone else."

"Husband?" She looked around mockingly. "Where's my husband? Do I even have one? All I've got is an ex-husband, okay?"

Leopold massaged his temples, knowing that some topics were to cause him great pain once brought about.
