Vador had felt someone stare at him when Lady Mary had pecked him.

Lady Mary was the daughter of Lord Jack of the Southern empire. He was good friends with Vador and had asked him to court his daughter.

Using his vampire speed,Vador was behind Ava.

"Let's go in he said," taking her hands.

"Sure," Ava replied not knowing what to say.

The little hope she had was gone after seeing another lady peck her lord.She pulled her hands from his.Was she jealous? No. As far as she was concerned only her should be able to peck him.

Nonsense,"she thought. "These feelings are getting me nowhere."

Sensing Ava's thoughts and anger. Vador tried to communicate with her mentally.

"Did I just hear you in my head?" Ava asked looking surprised.

Vador was also surprised as telepathy only worked for bonded vampires. For two vampires to be bonded they must have had sex and the male vampire must have claimed the female by marking her.Telepathy also worked for two vampires that were dying to be together but for some reasons couldn't.

"Who is she?" Ava asked breaking the silence

"She's nobody"

"A nobody wouldn't peck you on the cheek,"

"Is that jealousy I smell," he chuckled pulling her closer to himself.

"I'm sorry to disappoint but I do not know how to feel such. What is jealous?"
