Lilin had an expression of surprise on her face. "Zachary's attitude toward you is far different from his attitude toward Sophia!"

Jeremy wanted to slam the table. He would have picked Corinne up and sent her away if he was able to use his legs.

"Shh!" Corinne raised a finger to her lips, shooting him a look to rest his worries before turning back to Lilin and saying, "Please continue."
Lilin was very happy to talk with Corinne.
"It's just… Zachary obviously cares about you while he's very indifferent toward Sophia. He rarely talks to her first, and his response to her is always very cold. I don’t know why she insists on keeping a man who clearly doesn't love her by her side."
Corinne was very satisfied with her answer. "Yes, why does she insist on keeping a man who doesn't love her by her side? Maybe she's a masochist."
Lilin shrugged. "Who knows! All I can say for sure is that it's a lose-lose situation."
Corinne smiled. "She 's your sister, but you seem to hate her more than me."

This book is getting boring now. I loved Jeremy, Corinne, Sonny and Lucas. The story needs to end. or bring back more of Jeremy, etc....
I haven't skipped any chapter at all. Though the story is good, it keeps going back to base one. I think this has no ending at all and somehow after reading more than 2500 chapters it's kinda tiring already. They have drained all the thrills....
