Cedric patted Beatrice's hand and said, "That's enough. Don't say things like that. Look at how you've scared Melody. She can't even speak properly.

"Melody, you just said we still look healthy, so why keep these things from us? Did you learn it from Lucas? Since everything is resolved, there's even less reason not to tell us. Be a good child, and tell us now."
