However, in these years, she and Lucas had spent little time together. Lucas' career was in the country, and it was not possible for him to spend so much time with her.
Moreover, Lucas was a simple-minded man. He only took care of Thalia because of the promise he had made to her sister. Thus, the only advantage Thalia had over Melody was that she knew Lucas way earlier than her.

"Who knows? Maybe Melody will already be discharged by the time I've adjusted to the time here. Then, we can all go out together and have fun, right?"

This book is getting boring now. I loved Jeremy, Corinne, Sonny and Lucas. The story needs to end. or bring back more of Jeremy, etc....
I haven't skipped any chapter at all. Though the story is good, it keeps going back to base one. I think this has no ending at all and somehow after reading more than 2500 chapters it's kinda tiring already. They have drained all the thrills....
