Roxanne was enraged, and she stomped her feet at the hospital entrance, and she could not stop complaining. "I’m getting angrier the more I think about it. Who does Isabella think she is? I was literally begging her, and she still gave me the cold shoulder! She’s such a pretentious b*tch!"

Zachary disagreed with her tantrum, and he said, "Lower down your voice in case somebody hears it."

Her mood was bad after meeting up with Neera, and it was even worse after being rejected by Isabella. "Do you think that I'm afraid of her?"

Zachary was secretly making a comparison between her and Neera in his mind. The two of them were totally different; she’s being unreasonable now. He looked at her coldly and said, "No matter if she's worthy or not, the Lopez family is still influential in Kingsview. Even my family has to be careful with them. So, you should stop saying these things and not mess with her. We can think of other ways to improve your health. Do you hear me?"

Neera received a call from Isabella when she arrived at home. "You know what Roxanne told me just now? She has heart failure at this young age. This must be karma! You reap what you sowed! If I weren't a doctor, I would be clapping my hands just now. She deserves this for harming you back then!"

Heart failure? She was taken aback when she heard this phrase. But she did not feel sad one bit. She cut ties with the Garcia family over the years. Besides her aunt, she had nothing to do with the rest of them. It doesn’t matter to me if Roxanne is dead or alive.

Isabella understood what she meant and replied, "It’s not a big deal; I’ll make arrangements to avoid people knowing you. You can just get ready for the operation."

Neera smiled and said, "Alright, when are you coming over?" "The triplets miss you so much."

Isabella was excited to talk about the triplets. "After I’m done with my work! I’ll come over tonight! I miss them so much!"

"Alright, I’ll prepare delicious food to wait for you."

"That’s awesome…" They chatted for a while before hanging up the phone.

Neera only realized that the surrounding area was too quiet. It seems like the triplets aren’t home. But she did not panic. She knew that they were smart and would not be far away, so they should not be running into any danger. But she still called their smart watch

Sammy picked up her phone and said, "Mommy!"

"Baby, where are you all? Why aren’t you home?" She smiled upon hearing his cute voice.

"We're next door." She was surprised at his answer.

She frowned and asked, "Why are you all there again?"

"Well…" Sammy smiled awkwardly and said, "Mommy! Ace, Cece, and Pixie escaped through the broken fence into Mr. Handsome's yard. And they destroyed his plant!"
