Wendy was shoved against a cabinet and vaguely heard these words. Only then did it dawn on her what was happening. But by the time she tried to get up and chase after them, the lobby was empty. 

Chloe hastily called for a meeting to organize matters concerning the incident, including the distribution of artists, resources, and other details. 

For Seth, Chloe was “generous” enough to assign a few artists with bad reputations. 

After the hour–long meeting. Chloe was just reaching the office door when a few secretaries greeted her with a grin. 

“Ms. Summers, Ms. Alonso from Infinity Media… punched her Human Resources Department manager who was immediately rushed to the hospital. The medical report clearly states that he suffered a moderate concussion and various injuries across his body. He has already hired a lawyer to sue Ms. Alonso!” 

“Oh?” Chloe raised an eyebrow, her lips curving into a smile as she leaned in closer to the secretaries. “Let’s have a look.” 

A sweet fragrance wafted towards the secretaries, who looked surprised as Chloe leaned over. 

The webpage showed a detailed medical report and several posts showcasing CCTV footage from the rooftop of Infinity Media. 

Spotting where Chloe’s gaze was, one secretary immediately played the video. The video content was simply mind–blowing. 

The classy and elegant Ms. Alonso was seen straddling a man, gripping his hair, and slamming his head against the ground with no regard for his life. Blood stained the sleek floor. The man was only able to push Ms. Alonso off him, barely saving his own life… 

“I can’t help but criticize Ms. Alonso. Not only is she stupid, but she’s also incredibly violent.” 

“Indeed, don’t judge a book by its cover. I guess she must’ve been tortured a lot by Ms. Summers!”
