Next, everyone saw him outstretch his arms and take a few steps forward They saw him and Chloe, faces laced with faint smiles, hugging each other tightly. “Thank you for coming. Mr. Holmez” Chloe said. 

“The pleasure is mine” Holmez said. 

Everyone was utterly flabbergasted 

“What’s going on here?” 

“This woman knows Mr. Holmez?” 

“And their relationship seems good Mr. Holmez’s warmth towards her even exceeds that towards Mr. Joshua!” 

“What’s the deal between Chloe and Mr. Holmez?”

After the two hugged, Jim Holmez glanced around and his smile gradually faded.

Sophie had been watching the entire scene unfold and felt a profound admiration for Chloe. No wonder Chloe was so confident earlier, she had this ace up her sleeve.
