It was already late, so Ruth left Iris behind to handle Leon while she returned to her room to rest.

After Leon laid down on the bed, Iris wiped Leon’s face with a wet towel. She took off Leon’s jacket and shoes, helping Leon carefully.

“Leon, get some sleep, I’ll go back to my room to rest,” Iris gently pulled up the sheets for Leon before turning around to leave.

“Leon, you’re not drunk?” Iris was surprised.

“If I didn’t do that, how would I have fooled you into taking care of me?” Leon said meaningfully.

After Leon and Iris had that magical night, he treated Louisa for the next few days. So he never had a chance
