Chapter 2688

Just then, hurried footsteps approached and interrupted their conversation.

"Have Diego and the others returned?’ Felton perked up in excitement and assumed that Diego and the others were back.

The Western Boss thought the same and the two turned to look outside.

Disappointingly, it was just a guard who worked for the Formers.

"Western Boss, Mister Felton, bad news," the guard said hastily.

"What’s wrong? What happened?" Both the Western Boss and Felton were taken aback and felt confused.

"I've just received news that Diego, Milo, and Enzo were arrested by the Dragon Corps," the guards explained.

Once Fletcher and Howard brought Diego, Milo, and Enzo back to the Dragon Corps, an official notice was issued immediately announcing their punishment.

However, it was only stated that they were confined because of assault and there were no other details as Leon wished to keep his identity hidden.

The Formers ruled over the underground community, so they were always the first to know when something happened.

There was no way that this would escape their attention.

"What?" Both the Western Boss and Felton were stunned.

This took him by surprise and he could not understand how the Dragon Corps was involved.

"Dad, could it be that Diego and the others lost to Leon and Leon handed them over to the Dragon Corps? But, that's impossible!" Felton said.

Dueling was normal amongst martial artists. So long as no one's life was harmed, the Dragon Corps rarely intervened.

Besides, Diego and the others went to the hotel to capture Leon. They should not have any encounter with the Dragon Corps, making the Dragon Corps' involvement even more strange.

The only logical explanation would be that Leon defeated the three of them and handed them over to the Dragon Corps.

However, Diego and the others were supposed to be far stronger than Leon. Hence, he could not fantom how Leon may be able to defeat them and could not bring himself to accept it.
