The Loony Island on the border of country A was an isolated island and a slum.

Old people, severely disabled people and mental patients who had no self-care ability and no one to rely on would be thrown to this island to fend for themselves.

There was no network, no electricity, and no supplies of daily necessities here.

There was no law and no control, either.

This was a living hell.

The dark sky covered the island like black cloth.
