The Fortune-Telling Heiress novel Chapter 414

For the next ten minutes, no matter what Caroline and Joshua told Begonia, she refused to listen.

Caroline was so angry that she returned to her bedroom.

"I'm not looking at these flowers anymore," she said angrily before she left.

Joshua looked between the begonia tree and the tightly shut bedroom door, then sighed helplessly.

"What do I do now, Ms. Locke?" he asked.

"If the flower demon insists on making the flowers bloom, her demonic energy will very quickly run out," replied Madison. "However, if this is her choice, we can't stop her."

He fell silent. Secretly, he hoped that Caroline would be able to fulfill her last wish before she died, which was to see the begonia flowers bloom. But if all the demonic power of a flower demon was what it took to fulfill that wish, he felt that they were being too selfish.

"Thank you, Ms. Locke. I'll try to persuade the flower demon."

After saying that, Joshua hung up the call.

Back in the monastery, the people from the various major mystic arts factions were pacing in circles around the room from anxiety.

"Isn't Ms. Locke a little too gutsy? To think she actually informed an ordinary person of the existence of demons!"

"She actually exposed its existence to the public instead of exorcizing it!"

"How's she going to handle the situation when it's become such a huge issue?"

"How are we going to explain this to the government?"

"Are you really going to let someone like this become the Mystic Arts Alliance leader, Green Aurora? She's too reckless! Doesn't she even understand the most basic rules in the world of mystic arts?"

Erwin simply gestured toward the screen. "How about you stop worrying and take a look at the comments first?"

Everyone gathered around again to look through the comments expressing the live stream viewers' opinions on the flower demon.
