The Fortune-Telling Heiress novel Chapter 415

Erwin looked around at the mystic arts experts who had expressed their agreement, inwardly sighing in relief.

"Now we just have to see what the government thinks of this."

At the army camp, Logan glanced at the screen displaying the live stream that had already ended, then looked at the leaders who were participating in the meeting.

"That was Madison Locke," he announced. "She has livestreamed plenty of times before this, the contents of which we've compiled into the material you see in front of you. She's not a typical mystic arts expert, nor is she an extremist."

Whether it was mystic arts experts, ordinary people, evil objects, or demons, Madison was able to treat them all normally.

If it was a crime, one would be punished; if it wasn't, rules would be put in place to regulate it.

"According to our investigations, Ms. Locke currently has a thousand-year-old female ghost, a child ghost, and a snake demon with her. However, she has them well under control, and they have not caused any incidents. In fact, they've even been of much help to us."

The leaders flipped through the material provided to them.

"The world of mystic arts used to be very xenophobic. With Ms. Locke around, that might just change," Logan continued. "We've also looked into her background. She suddenly obtained incredible spiritual energy after falling into a pool at the Locke residence. As to how she obtained said spiritual energy, we have no idea."

The leaders didn't seem too bothered by that fact. "As long as she doesn't use her powers to cause harm or negatively impact the interests of the citizens and the country, it's a good thing as far as we're concerned."

There were plenty of people out there who, after obtaining power, only thought of ways to use it to their own benefit and elevate their own status.

Madison was different. All she did was livestream—which was perfectly in line with the rules—and solve issues that the Mystic Arts Alliance deemed trivial. More importantly, she wasn't at all opposed to working with the government and even took the initiative to cooperate with them.

Madison had also taken it upon herself to contact Logan regarding the bear forest incident just now, which they hadn't expected.

The Mystic Arts Alliance had always been of the opinion that such incidents should be handled privately by the alliance and that the government should not get involved. However, Madison had made contact with the government.

One of the leaders slowly closed the folder containing the huge stack of compiled material, saying, "If Ms. Locke is placed in charge of this Office of Non-Scientific Affairs on behalf of the Mystic Arts Alliance, then I think that there's merit to this proposal."

"I'm of the same opinion."
