"What did you say?!" The chauffeur raised a hand to hit Frank but never saw him move as he was sent flying.

"Please calm down, my friend."

The back door opened as an old man on a cane alighted.

"You should be putting a leash on your dog." Frank snorted. "You wouldn't even know what killed you if you hadn't disciplined him there!"

The old man simply smiled. "I can see that you're a martial elite. Shall we discuss further?"

Frank could tell right away that the old man was not an average Joe, as the normal person would not compare to his physique—he most likely belonged to a sect as well.

The old man could see that Frank was special as well, even restraining himself and showing sincerity.

Sally came up just then, smiling as she greeted the old man, "Long time no see, Mr. Hamm!"

"Indeed, Ms. York. Is this your friend?" The old man asked.

"More or less!" Sally shrugged. "Allow me to introduce you gentlemen—Mr. Hamm, this is Lugh Frankton, and Mr. Frankton, this is Axel Hamm, the chief of Skywyrm Guild."

Frank nodded—he was right, the old man was a martial artist, and he had heard about Skywyrm Guild when he asked his scouts to check out Shagan before he came.

However, they were just a third-rate gang… why would Sally be interested at all?

"Oh, forgive my rudeness!" Axel quickly walked up and offered a handshake.

Frank did not even look his way, however, and growled coolly, "I'm sure your chauffeur behaved that way because you put him up to it. Apologize, and you might just live!"
