The Hidden Gold Mine Heiress Divorcee

Chapter 275 Taunt Him

The sentence made Boris and Ziana freeze in unison.

Borls was the first to react.

He responded dismissively, “My eyes have always been here.”

Mrs. Lee shook her head like a drum upon hearing these words, while waving and gesturing with her hands and feet, “The hole! The blood hole!”

Boris’ face remained expressionless, but his eyes were deep and profound like the ocean.

When Ziana looked at Boris and her gaze lingered on his narrow and deep eyes, she was reminded of something Steven had said before.

He said that Boris’ eyes had been injured before…

But how did Mrs. Lee bring up Boris’ eyes out of nowhere?

Did this mean that Mrs. Le e’s earlier claim of having seen Boris was not just nonsense?

However, Mrs. Lee had been living on the island ever since Ziana could remember!

Apart from when Ziana was sixteen years old and followed Nansen Waley to learn martial arts, Mrs. Lee had been almost inseparable from Ziana.

If Mrs. Lee had really seen Boris, how could Ziana not know about it?

Ziana thought for a while, but she felt like there was a fog in her mind.

Out of curiosity, Ziana pursed her lips and asked, “Mrs. Lee, what kind of blood hole are you talking about? You’re confused again!”

Mrs. Lee was originally shaking her head and dancing around, but when she heard Ziana’s voice, she turned her face

around in terror.

Mrs. Le e’s cloudy eyes instantly became wide and round.

Ziana frowned, “Mrs. Lee?”

Unexpectedly, Mrs. Lee suddenly burst into loud crying, “Ah! It’s Miss Scott, it’s Miss Scott!”

Mrs. Lee rushed over and tightly grabbed Ziana’s arm, speaking incoherently and panting out of breath, “I’m sorry, Miss Scott! It’s my fault that you were captured! You have to run! If it weren’t for me, you wouldn’t have been caught by them! So b! I can’t save you! I’m sorry, Miss Scott! How did you manage to escape and come back here?”

“Mrs. Lee, what are you talking about?” Ziana said.

“Ah!” Mrs. Lee covered her head, crouched on the ground, and buried her face in her knees, “I don’t know anything! I don’t know anything!”

“Mrs. Lee!” Ziana said.

“Mrs. Lee is confused,” Boris said, looking down and telling Ziana, “Don’t stimulate her now. Let Mrs. Lee calm down on her own.”

Zlana appeared lost in thought.

Ziana and Boris both fell silent.

Mrs. Lee was still babbling incoherently, sometimes shouting loudly and other times muttering to herself.

However, since Mrs. Le e’s words were completely illogical as ald whatever came to mind, neither Ziana nor

Boris understood what she was saying,

After about ten minutes, there was suddenly a commotion in the orchard.

The footsteps of someone approaching were hurried, calling out as they walked, “Olivia? Olivia? Olivia Lee!?”

Mrs. Le e’s full name was Olivia Lee, and because she was Mr. Le e’s wife, Ziana had always referred to her as Mrs. Lee.

Ziana guessed the person’s identity and answered loudly, “Mr. Lee! We’re here!”

Mr. Lee sighed, “It’s true, Miss Scott, We’ll go back first.”

“Go ahead and go.” Ziana said.

‘Goodbye Miss Scott, goodbye Mr. Lewis.” Mr. Lee said.

Boris raised his eyebrows and his lips curled slightly. “Goodbye.”

Just after Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee left, Donald led a group of bodyguards and Edison, whom he met halfway to arrive. Edison saw Boris immediately, but only glanced at him, then pulled Ziana over, “Let me take a good look.”

Ziana helplessly turned around in front of Edison, “I’m fine, nothing happened.”

“You scared me,” Edison let out a sigh of relief, “Thank goodness everything is alright. Otherwise, I would feel so guilty.”

“What are you guilty of? This is an accident and has nothing to do with you.” Ziana was very reasonable.

“Even though it was an accident when you had the accident, I wasn’t there by your side. That was my dereliction of duty,” Edison spoke in a gentle voice, “If something had happened to you, I would have a bad conscience all my life.”

“If you really have a bad conscience, you’ll be with her when the time comes. If she dies, you die too, and if she’s missing an arm or a leg, you’ll make yourself disabled.” Boris snorted coldly, “If you don’t want to lose your job, you can just tether her to the waist of your trousers and take her with you everywhere you go, or you two can just be Siamese twins. Do you live by that mouth all day long?”

“Boris Lewis, did Edison offend or provoke you? Be careful what you say!” Ziana was angry when she heard Boris

speak

Ziana thought, “Boris is small-minded and venomous, and I don’t know where he gets all his words, but he often makes people speechless when he opens his mouth.”

After being scolded, Boris’ lips moved slightly, and he didn’t say a word.

Ziana stared at Boris and sneered, “You always find fault in everything and think you’re the best. Stop bad-mouthing others! I know what kind of person Edison is, I don’t need you to say more. Donald, take the horse back and investigate thoroughly. Let’s go!”

Ziana rolled over and mounted the horse Donald had brought with him, and led the group away in a mighty swell.

Boris stared at Ziana until the figure of her disappeared completely and his expression suddenly became grave.
