Arthur felt as if the knowledge of how to use the handgun had been instantly embedded into his nerves, like muscle memory. He was immediately familiar with the cold, metallic surface of his handgun. "It's so smooth," he whispered to himself.
Arthur spun around, his enhanced vision, memory, and intelligence allowing him to identify and quickly commit to memory the exact positions of the 26 lights distributed throughout the room. With ease, he imprinted the locations in his mind.
Arthur confidently wielded two handguns in each hand, while the others he tucked securely into his waistband and jacket. His impressive dexterity and agility allowed him to easily spin the two handguns around his finger.
With a firm grip on the trigger, Arthur pointed the gun at Aston and pulled it back. He heard the loud bang of the gunshot that echoed through the air and felt a strange sense of normalcy, despite it being the first time he had ever fired a gun.
The bullet whizzed past Aston's ear, narrowly missing, before continuing its trajectory toward the light at the end of the room. The light shattered into pieces, producing a loud and piercing siren sound.
"Attention everyone! Catch him, dead or alive, or you will die!" Aston shouted desperately as Arthur now had all the weapons in his possession.
Arthur spun around quickly, and with a careful eye and steady hand, he took aim and fired his handgun. Every bullet found its mark. The room was plunged into darkness in a matter of moments, accompanied by a chorus of sirens.
With his body upgrade, Arthur quickly became accustomed to the darkness, and he was able to easily pinpoint Claudina's location on the stage. Arthur then sprinted forward at an impressive speed, ducking and dodging the people that were guarding and surrounding him. They threw punches at Arthur wildly, yet he seemed to be able to dodge them with a slight tilt of his upper body, and he ran back onto the stage.
[Host, I wish I could record this incident and spread it on the internet. It would be hilarious! People might think we were shooting the latest Mission Impossible movie! *chuckles]
Four burly men stood around Claudina, ready to pounce and cause Arthur some trouble. However, Arthur was confident in the upgrades he had made and quickly came up with a plan. He leaped onto the stage and ran towards the four men.
"Hey everyone! Take out your phones and turn on the flashlight app. Point it at the stage!"
Aston was dejected as he attempted to stand in Arthur's way. He was determined not to allow this man's egregious blunder to pass unnoticed. As a ruler, he wielded a strength that could not be underestimated!
"Whoever captures him," Aston boomed, "I promise that you will be rewarded with a life of abundance until the day you die!" Several phone flashlights illuminated the stage as he shouted, revealing Arthur's exact whereabouts.
"Can you handle this with ease, Mr. Glitzy?" the imposing figure before Arthur asked with a menacing grin, his large fist raised in Arthur's direction.
Arthur seemed to be able to anticipate the man's fist, and with a swift move, he dodged downwards and threw a punch from below toward the man's jaw. However, the man grabbed Arthur's fist with his left hand, and three other people rushed toward him in an attempt to restrain him.
Three men simultaneously grabbed Arthur's left and right hands, and one person positioned himself behind him, firmly locking him in place. Before Arthur could react, a fourth person stood in front of him, ready to throw a punch at his face. Should the blow land, it was certain that Arthur would faint.
"He is incredibly proficient with a gun, is he an assassin? Or is he a professional shooter? His ability to shoot with such accuracy and skill is certainly not something that can be acquired overnight; it requires dedication and years of rigorous practice."
"He's shockingly agile and can even move swiftly in the dark, it's really impressive!"
The room erupted in gasps of awe and admiration for Arthur's accomplishment.
"It appears that Mr. Glitzy's days are numbered tonight; Mr. Aston won't let anyone who has slighted him off the hook!"
Arthur attempted to flee, but he soon realized that three people of formidable size were restraining his movement, making it nearly impossible for him to escape. With no other viable options, he was ultimately forced to use his remaining VIP points to escape this predicament.
