A sleek, black luxury car with a lavish design pulled up to the Brown Company high-rise building area, followed closely by two other cars. They all parked in front of the lobby entrance.
A bodyguard in a black suit stepped out of the car and opened the door of the frontmost car. From the inside emerged a man wearing a sharp black suit, his clothes immaculate. Two women then came out of the car next: a blonde in a stylish gray executive suit and skirt, and a young woman in a black coat and pants, her sunglasses perched atop her shirt.
All eyes were instantly fixed on Arthur and the two ladies who had accompanied him. The trio made an incredible impression, with Arthur's well-formed and dashing figure and the two women who both looked stunning.
“Who is that guy?” someone exclaimed. “The two women who followed him were breathtakingly beautiful!”
“Is he a new client from Brown Company? I've never seen him before. He must be a very wealthy and important person. Just look at the car he brought, it's a super limited edition car that only ten units were produced in the world!”
"Are you serious? That car looks very expensive, do you know how much it costs?"
“200 million dollars!” another person confirmed. “I'm sure I'm right, it really cost that much.”
“Unbelievable!”
Arthur stepped towards the large glass door, which opened automatically as they entered. His heart stirred with nostalgia as he reminisced about his time working there; even though it wasn't the most pleasant experience, he had worked hard. He was certain that the company had untapped potential, if only…
"If only the trash in this company could be eliminated," Arthur muttered wistfully, his gaze drifting off into the distance. Edna turned towards him, her lips curving into a gentle smile.
"I'm sure this company will become more advanced and bigger," he continued.
"Boss..." Edna spoke softly.
"Yes?"
"I have taken the necessary steps to ensure that your involvement in acquiring this company remains confidential, only known to the upper management," she explained.
"Good work, Edna. Thank you."
Edna remembered the first time she met Arthur when he had made himself appear as though he was a poor person, causing the other people to belittle and degrade him merely because of his unkempt appearance.
"Is this one of your hobbies, boss?" she continued.
"What do you mean, Edna?" he asked.
“Do you enjoy pretending to be someone of lower status, so that others will underestimate you, and then you can prove them wrong and show them who you really are?”
"Didn't Oppa come looking really wealthy this time, Edna Unnie?" Alicia, who was walking on Arthur's left, responded.
"He looked very stylish and affluent, and he was accompanied by two stunning ladies. I can't comprehend how someone would presume he is impoverished or be so audacious as to undervalue him based on his appearance."
Arthur smiled at Alicia's words and said, "I think you should meet more people so that you understand just how vile some of them can be, Alicia."
The grand lobby of the building was filled with people who were taken aback by Arthur's appearance. It was as if three celebrities had suddenly appeared in a public place; none of them recognized Arthur and the two women accompanying him.
"Who is he?" asked one of the bystanders.
However, from a distance, a man in beige clothes came running. His face contorted with rage, he abruptly stopped in front of Arthur and pointed an accusing finger at him.
"What the hell are you doing here, Arthur!" John shouted, his voice echoing in the air. Arthur recognized him as his former janitor manager.
“Hi, Mr. John, how have you been?" Arthur asked casually.
John was certain the man before he was Arthur; he had even answered when John called his name. Yet, John was a bit perplexed; he couldn't help but wonder, "Why is Arthur dressed so smartly, and why did he come accompanied by two gorgeous girls?"
All those who had before only vaguely recognized Arthur's countenance were now convinced that it was the same ex-janitor who had once been employed by their company.
"Is it really Arthur who used to be the janitor here?" one of them asked, astonished.
"What kind of joke is this? How did he end up here looking so different? Is he trying to make us believe he's a wealthy man?"
