With a stride and a swift kick, Nolan launched an attack that nearly landed square on Domingo's face—if not for the quick reflexes of one of his goons who yanked him out of harm's way just in time.

Fuming with rage, Domingo had been a big fish in the underworld for years, earning the respect and fear of his peers. No one dared cross him like this.

"Mr. Harris, it seems that you are not interested in a friendly chat," Domingo sneered, "Boys, take him down."

But Domingo overestimated his crew's capabilities. They had always relied on sheer numbers rather than skill, bullying others without ever engaging in a real fight.
