The Man in Power After Being Married into Her Family novel Chapter 1947

Lady Wilson was a typical person who would take advantage and get rid of someone when he or she had ceased to be useful.

Back then, she needed Jennifer to back her up in the detention center. So, at that time, she was extremely courteous to her and even treated her like her own daughter.

However, in reality, she loathed vulgar shrews like Jennifer.

Hence, she had completely forgotten about Jennifer since the day she was released from the detention center. 4

To her, Jennifer was just a necessary tool on a special occasion. As soon as the crucial moment had passed, she would not want to be associated with her anymore. 2

However, never in her wildest dream did she imagine that Jennifer would somehow appear in her house

Jennifer did not expect that Lady Wilson denied all the deeds that she had done.

From her point of view, it was Lady Wilson who had bailed them out, arranged for a driver to bring them to Thompson First, and even registered their fingerprints into the house's security system. Why would she deny them now?

Puzzled, Jennifer asked, "What's wrong with you? You did all these good deeds, but why do you refuse to admit it?"

"Yes!" Yara and Yulia hurried forward and asked incomprehensibly, "You obviously did all these, but why do you have to deny them?”

When Lady Wilson was surrounded by the three of them, she could smell their pungent odor that made her feel dizzy and coughing. 1

Originally, these three women did not pay much attention to their personal hygiene. Moreover, it was now winter and thick clothes had to be worn and these women, who lacked hygiene habits, rarely took showers and changed their clothes, resulting in strong stenches on their bodies.

Stomping angrily, Lady Wilson chided, "This is my house! I don't mind you barging in without permission, but who gave you the right to take the rooms in my house?! Get lost now!"

Wendy hurried over and whispered, "Grandma, currently we’re lacking manpower here. Why don't we let them stay and help out? We will ask them to leave after Dad and Harold are getting better."

Lady Wilson shook off Wendy’s hands and said in a cold voice, "Even if we need help, we can't let them stay here! Look at them, they stink so much! I can’t even bear with their stenches for even a minute! Besides, Mr. Webb will arrange helpers for us, who will certainly be better than these three stinking shrews!"

Then, she turned to Jennifer and shouted sternly, "You three, get the hell out of here!"

Jennifer was utterly dumbfounded!

Staring at Lady Wilson in disbelief, she said, "Lady Wilson, you're kicking us out of here? This is too much! Don't you forget that it was the three of us who took care of you and helped you when you were detained back then. We even helped you to teach your daughter-in-law, Elaine, a lesson!"
