The Man in Power After Being Married into Her Family novel Chapter 2945

When Helen heard these words, it was as if she was deep in thought as she said, "Based on your analysis, i t is estimated that there is a 99% chance that the young lady from the Golding family came to Aurous Hill because of Charlie..." 1

Sophie immediately felt a sense of panic.

"I originally thought that my benefactor’s wife would b e my biggest competitor. However, I would have never imagined that there would also be Quinn Golding, who is extremely popular all over the world...” 3

"Moreover, Quinn Golding has a much greater advantage as compared to me..."

"What’s more, the Golding family and the Wade family are family friends. Quinn Golding and Charlie also have a long-standing marriage contract. In comparison, I really do not have any advantage at all..."

When Helen saw the lost expression on Sophie's face, she comforted her, "Sophie, you should not think too much about this. Things such as feelings are not necessarily measured by the number of advantages. Some people might not be able to win with a good hand, but even if some people have a bad hand, they might actually be able to win in the end."

Sophie nodded gently. She had also expected that a man like Charlie would certainly be very popular amongst women. So, after thinking about it carefully, she felt that Quinn might not truly be a big problem. 4

At this time, Helen, who was aside, suddenly thought o f something, and she asked her, “Sophie, what day is the young lady of the Golding family's concert?" 2

Sophie said, "The day after tomorrow."

Helen thought about it before she blurted out, "The day after tomorrow is February 2nd, right?” 1

Sophie shook her head, "I'm not sure."

Helen took out her cell phone and looked it up before she said with certainty, "That's right. It is indeed February 2nd. It's no wonder why she chose to hold her concert in Aurous Hill on that day."

Sophie asked in surprise, "Mom, what's so special about February 2nd?"

Helen said seriously, "February 2nd is Charlie's birthday."

After meeting Sophie as well as talking to Quinn Golding over the phone, Charlie was not in a hurry to leave. So, Charlie asked someone to call Yahiko and bring him back to his room so that Charlie could go there and meet with him out of common courtesy.

After all, Sophie had used Yahiko as an excuse to come and meet with Charlie this time. Therefore, Emi had had to go through the trouble of picking Sophie u p and dropping her off. No matter what it was, it could be said that Emi had done Charlie a favor.

Yahiko was sitting in a wheelchair as Emi pushed him back to the presidential suite that he had reserved. When Yahiko saw Charlie, he smiled and said, "Mr. Wade, how have you been doing lately?"

When Charlie saw that Yahiko was looking pretty good, he smiled slightly and said, "Thank you for your concern, Mr. Ito. I've been doing quite well lately."

After he was done speaking, Charlie saw Hiroshi, who was sitting on another wheelchair behind Yahiko. So, he smiled as he said to him, "Mr. Tanaka, long time no see." 2

As Yahiko’s most loyal and trusted subordinate, even though Hiroshi had already had his legs amputated, h e was still Yahiko’s confidant. Yahiko was very grateful toward Hiroshi for his life-saving grace, so even if Hiroshi was already disabled, Yahiko still brought Hiroshi with him wherever he went. It felt as though the relationship between the master and servant had turned into that of brothers over many years. 5
