"Of course, it's not safe here and you have no one," Rocky replied, nodding.

"I can't. My chief saved my life and she has been good to me ever since. Plus, we have a very large intelligence network. Maybe we can use the information they have to look for Marcia and the others," Shirley said. In her mind, this was the better idea because it would be faster.

"Are you going to continue to be a killer?" Rocky's eyes narrowed.

"Yes. I think I like this job," Shirley said honestly.

"I'm not offended by your career choice. I'm just afraid that you'll be in danger. After all, being a killer is not easy." Rocky was not disgusted with Shirley identifying as a killer.
