The Medallion novel Chapter 1946

Curious about the boundaries of the area, Rocky took out his God-killing Sword and sent sword forces flying in all directions. Seconds later, one of the sword forces disappeared without a trace.

Rocky and Vivian perked up and walked in the direction. Before they could reach the spot where the sword force had disappeared, they crashed into an invisible wall and bounced backwards.

"No way. This barrier absorbed the God-killing Sword's power. It's definitely not an ordinary cover-up. If I'm right, it's a deity-level enchanted barrier," Rocky concluded.

"What are we going to do? If we can't break the enchanted barrier, then we will have to return empty-handed. This trip can't be in vain," Vivian said, frowning.

"Wait for me here." As soon as Rocky was done talking, he entered the palace using his mind.

"Is there any way to break a deity-level enchanted barrier?" Rocky asked the guardian immediately. There was no time for pleasantries.

"Yes. You must have enough power to break it," the guardian replied in a deep voice.

"Are you saying that I'm simply not strong enough to break the enchanted barrier?" Rocky asked with a frown.

"I am. However, it's not necessary to break it. After all, some enchanted barriers have a specific nature that allows a specific person to enter," the guardian reminded him.

"But how will I know if I am the specific person?" Rocky questioned.

"It's very simple. Place a drop of your blood on the enchanted barrier, and it will tell you if you are the specific person or not," the guardian answered.

"It's that simple?" Rocky asked, raising his eyebrows. He had never heard of such an easy test before.

"Yes, it is." The guardian nodded.

Rocky quickly withdrew from his mind and looked at Vivian excitedly. "Come with me. We have to see if our blood is accepted by the enchanted barrier."

"What? What are you talking about?" Vivian questioned. It was her first time hearing that someone's blood could be recognized by an enchanted barrier.

"There's no time for questions. It's our only option. Ladies first!" Rocky smiled.

Vivian glared at Rocky for a moment before she raised her hand and bit down on her finger. A drop of blood landed on the enchanted barrier, but the enchanted barrier did not have any reaction.

Sighing, Ricky scratched one of his fingers using his other hand, and the finger immediately cracked and oozed out a drop of blood.

Stepping forward, he allowed the blood to drip onto the enchanted barrier.

The moment his blood touched it, the enchanted barrier rippled like water. A huge tear appeared down the center of it.

"My blood worked! Let's go!" Wasting no time, Rocky and Vivian entered the enchanted barrier.

The moment they were inside, their eyes focused on the area ahead of them.

A winding, stone road stretched for miles at their feet, and at the end of it, there was a tomb at the top of the snow mountain. None of it could be seen on the outside of the barrier.

Rocky guessed that the tomb had something to do with the entrance of the Holy-Evil World.
