In the photo, Kitty and Dipsy were both snuggled up to Nolan. If someone didn't know any better, they might think he was sandwiched between two women, happily playing with them both at once.
Audrey's face remained stoic as she saw the photo, and she asked bluntly, "And then what?"
Kara was stunned for a moment as she pointed at the photo and exclaimed, "What else is there supposed to be after this?"
"Audrey, are you crazy? Did you not see it? Nolan was hugging two women and drinking with them. He did this behind your back. Are you still going to defend him?"
Audrey let out a deep sigh and looked at Kara annoyed. "Kara, correct me if I'm wrong, but those two are your close friends. That means the only person who could have taken this photo is you.
"Your eccentric tendencies have been present since childhood, so it must have been you who invited Nolan out.
"This is all your doing. What are you trying to show me? See how you planned and framed Nolan? Kara, please don't do this kind of thing again, okay? Just have some pity on me."
Audrey was speechless. Only Kara could pull off such a feat.
Kara never thought Audrey would see through her so quickly. Her face flushed, and she gritted her teeth and said, "So what if I did it? But did Nolan refuse?
"As you can see, he is very happy drinking. People like him tend to repeat the experience, as one time leads to another. Are you waiting for Nolan to bully even me before you finally see his true colors?"
Audrey burst into laughter at this. She glanced Kara up and down before saying, "Kara, let's be honest. If it ever came to bullying, you'd be the one bullying Nolan. So just save your energy, okay?"
