Maeve was flying through an ocean of emerald Aether, her green wings stirring a tremendous current that traveled for thousands of miles, and because she was in the air, millions of feet above the earth, her passage left a long trail through space and time that resembled the trail of n emerald supernova squeezed into a tube, violent yet still impossibly beautiful.

She had grown stronger here in the Land of Miracles even in such a short time and as she discovered after nearly a thousand years inside a Primordial Domain, the wonders within were endless, and Maeve felt that this statement was underestimating the things she had seen since she arrived at the Land of Miracles where every corner of it was filled with wonder, even though she was in a cage and could not appreciate a fraction of its splendor.

She could not reach the ground, only able to stay thirty-two million miles above it. If she descended a few thousand miles lower, then she would be crushed into a pile of red mist, and the same would happen to her if she went any higher. Maeve was essentially a prisoner in a space where she could not fly upwards to the heavens or descend lower to the earth, yet she had eternity in front of her and she could fly until her lifespan gave out, and she would not see its end.

Yet she had been aware when Elura brought her to this place, she had felt the massive distance being crossed by her and she knew that even if she flew for the rest of her life, she would not be able to cover a single percent of the distance that Elura had crossed in the span of a few moments, it was a time like these that the reminder of the great barrier that existed between the weak and the strong was especially stark.

As much as Maeve hated to be in this position where she was not at the side of her master, she knew it was important to be here to fulfill her mission as a vanguard, yet it still drew painful memories of the time she had spent away from him and the battles fought to return to his side, and although she had spent a million years by his side while inside the universe when he left, she had been placed beside Elura to wait for his return, and for the last thousand years, Maeve previously known as Anihuruhdda, Guardian of the Green, waited for her Lord and master.

She was returning to the home that she had built for all the subjects of her master who had now become a part of her kingdom. Maeve became a God Emperor while inside the universe with Rowan, becoming one of the first immortals under Rowan's banner to become a Will Holder, enhancing her powers over life to a ridiculous degree. Her Will of Regrowth was an essential part of what made Rowan succeed in his venture into the outside reality, and she hoped to be of much better help when he returned. freёwebnoѵel.com

Elura had brought her into her home, a realm that was sliced off the Land of Miracle, this great Primordial Domain, and where she placed Maeve had been the depths of this land, this had caused her to be effectively locked up because she could not go far from the place Elura had kept her without the great weight of this realm crushing her to pieces, and she was a Will Holder at the peak of the fourth-dimensional level, and this was not even considering the great distances that needed to be traversed.

Rowan had given her instructions to investigate the Land of Miracles in his absence, but. Elura had made it practically impossible for her to succeed after bringing her to the depths of this place, and the only thing that she could do was patrol around for hundreds of millions of miles to catch a glimpse of what she could of her surroundings, and from the small details that she could gather, the Land of Miracles was unlike anything she had ever seen or could ever imagine.

Reality rippled beside her and a female figure came through, Maeve easily identified her as Elura, and bowing at the waist, she greeted the mother of her Lord, and although her teeth itched at considering this figure to be the mother of Rowan, she could only endure her distaste inside her heart, making sure the picture she presented to Elura was one of subservience.

"You really don't have to pretend that you like me. I can see that my Incarnation made you fiercely loyal to my child, and that means you are not my enemy but a treasured

friend."

Elura smiled at Maeve, her grace and beauty were so powerful that she nearly collapsed to the earth, and Macve gritted her teeth, biting through her tongue, closing her eyes, she trembled, every single cell in her body urging her to kneel and worship this being in front of her, and her bones creaked as they wanted to bend but her Will held her in place, sweat of blood poured down her face but she did not make any sound, she would not give Elura the satisfaction.
