“Who told you this? Is it true? Did you ask for clarification?” Olga asked hopefully, “Why haven’t we heard of this before?” 

“All the big companies knew about this, so the bidders this time are all top–tier companies. They’ve got the dough, so even if they shelf the property for five years after buying it, it won’t affect their cash flow.” 

But they just can’t do that!
