Madelyn pushed Kevin away right after he hung up the phone and said, "You aren't a good person either."

"Ms. Jent!" Kevin held the ring but was one step short of stopping her. Madelyn walked into the elevator without stopping.

Zach chased out. Then, he handed Dalton to the bodyguard and asked, "Where is she?"

Kevin said, "I just came up, but Ma'am has already gone down."

The well-planned wedding photoshoot was disrupted. Fortunately, Madelyn had already arrived at Southern Haven Villas when Zach returned. They both arrived within minutes of each other. Zach exited the car, and the bodyguard carrying Dalton followed, handing Dalton to the servant upon entering.

Margaret watched as one after another rushed in without knowing what had happened. 'Wasn't today the day for Mr. and Mrs. Jardin to take wedding photos? Why did they come back so early?'

Zach asked, "Where is Madelyn?"

Margaret replied, "She has already gone upstairs."

Zach chased upstairs and opened the bedroom door. This time, what flew in was not a pillow but a vase placed on the dressing table. The vase was an antique that Zach had won at the charity auction the last time, and it was valuable. Not only that but all the furniture and decorations in the bedroom were custom-made luxury items.

Zach endured a hit. Then, he walked over with a solemn expression. Seeing the silk nightgown on the floor, he bent down, picked it up, and patted it before placing it aside.

"Are you still letting her get under your skin, even after all this time? Madelyn, when will you ever learn to be smarter?"
