The Shark Mafia Boss novel Chapter 110

Raphael POV

“I love you” - I tell her as if my life depended on it. I think she will never know how much I love her.

“I love you too” - she replies with her hands on my hair while she strokes it.

“Marry me” - I tell her

“I already said yes” - Olivia says while she holds my face between her soft hands. Her eyes are shining and I can’t think of a time I love her more than I do now.

I lay down next to Olivia and she cuddled up against my chest and I could stay like this forever.

My mother walks in with baby Mel and I stand up to cuddle up to my baby.

“Not you” - my mother says

“Hey?”

“She needs feeding” - mother says and I nod my head while she passes Mel to Olivia.

Olivia holds the baby with such care that makes my heart skip a beat. I can see my girls together and it makes me happy. Happier than I’ve ever been.

Mel is having her breast milk and I can’t stop looking at how her cheeks are getting pink with the satisfaction of having some milk.

When Olivia finishes feeding her I grab her to put her to burp and her little burp on my ear makes me smile.

We change her diaper and she falls asleep in my arms. This becomes our routine for the next week while Olivia and baby Mel are still in the hospital.

It is time to take my girls home and I can’t wait for baby Mike to meet his little sister.

Once we walk into the front door Maria appears carrying Mike with a full-blown smile. My mother is standing behind her holding some toys and Olivia’s mother is standing next to her.

“Welcome home baby” - my mother says taking Mel from me and walking away to the living room.

Olivia’s mother follows my mother and we both have a giggle when Maria walks after them.

We follow them and I sit on the floor playing with Mike. I missed him so much this last few days. I haven’t spent as much time with him as I would like.

I have done the paternity test for Alex’s baby and we are waiting on the results.

I and Gabriel had a full-on discussion about him keeping my son from me.

Olivia is sitting on the sofa looking at us with a big smile on her face.

Three months later

We wake up with Mel screaming her lungs out. Olivia jumps out of bed and I can’t figure out a way to move. I am exhausted and I can’t make myself get up.

“She’s hungry” - Olivia says and I get up to go get the bottle ready.

Olivia’s milk dried up a few days after Mel was born. She felt horrible about it. She felt as if she wasn’t a good mother not being able to provide for her baby. I told her she was the best mother ever. She was special and Mel loved her with all her heart.

I walk to the kitchen and I put the formula in the bottle and I press the button of the prep machine we bought.

Once the bottle is ready I walk upstairs again and pass the bottle to Olivia and she starts feeding Mel.
