Raphael POV

“You will never have peace” - he tells me

“That’s where you are wrong” - I tell him

“My death will be on you” - he says while he coughs.

“Do you think that bothers me?” - I ask him

“She will never be yours”

“She’s already mine”

“She will always be mine, she will always be scared of someone like me coming for her”

“Fuck you” - I say taking my gun out and blowing his brains out.

I walk out towards my office and Joseph comes to meet me.

”Boss”

”Get rid of him, and tell Robert to get someone to clean everything ”

”Sure”

I walk towards the bar and fix myself a drink. I know it’s early and I already had one but this has been a stressful day already.

I sit looking at all the papers on my desk and I decide to tackle them. Olivia has been helping with my legal business and Joseph has been taking over here but I still need to get a grip and take charge again.

I start signing papers and setting some plans into action when my phone starts ringing.

“What happened now?”

“Miss Black is going out boss”

“Follow her from distance, make sure she sees you but keep your distance”

“Sure boss”

“Where is she going?”

“She’s going to the park”

“Follow her”

I turn the call off and I focus on the papers again. Fuck my life everyone wants a piece of me. I look at my ringing phone and it is Maria. She never calls.

“Maria, is everything okay?” - I ask

“You need to come home, I am so so sorry”

“What happened?”

“Olivia, she found out something and I need to explain to you, she didn’t let me explain “

“What do you mean?”

“Please come home” - Maria says and she sounds worried.

“I’m on my way”

I get up and I grab all of my stuff walking out towards the car. I put the music on and I drive as fast as I can.

While I am driving my phone rings again through the car system.

“What” - I bark

“Boss I’ve lost her”

“You have to be shitting me”

“We are looking into her location, and she’s moving towards Brooklyn “

“Go fucking get her then”

I turn off the call and I call Olivia.

“Answer the fucking phone”

No answer

“Answer the fucking phone Olivia” - I leave a message on her phone.

I arrive at the building and I run towards the lift and once I arrive in the penthouse Maria is waiting for me.

“What the fuck is happening?” - I ask her throwing my suit jacket to the sofa and rolling my sleeves up to my elbows.

“Raphael, there’s something I need to tell you”

“What is it?” - I ask her now starting to get pissed off.

“Tammy”

“What did she do now?” - I ask with an annoyed tone of voice

“She is pregnant “ - Maria says looking at me

“And what do I have to do with it?”

“She says it is yours and as I told her I would talk to you but I took my time she went to the press”

“She did what now?”

“I am sorry”

“What a fucking nightmare, that baby can’t be mine Maria”

“She said it is yours”

“I haven’t had sex with her without protection” - I say trying to remember the last time I had sex with Tammy. I was pretty drunk and she walked into my bedroom. I am almost 100% sure that I used protection.

“What does Olivia has to do with this?”
