“Look into this! Check every surveillance camera on the road carefully and don't miss any of them.”

“Got it, Mr. Fairchild,” the tall and thin man who stood behind Xavier all this time answered.

The man's name was Louis Tanser. He was Xavier's assistant and a capable person in his work.

Stuart had transferred him to a remote branch of the company during the time Xavier was in a “vegetative state,” but now that Xavier had regained control of the company, he had also been transferred back.

Neither of them noticed that at the corner of the corridor, a suspicious person was taking photos in secret.

Soon, a news article headline wrote: The famous comatose son of the Fairchild family in Avenport has woken up!

Another wrote: Scandal! The Fairchild family even gave their previously comatose son a wife to celebrate the joyous occasion! Feudal dregs!

Another headline wrote: Shocking news! The new bride of the Fairchild family is mentally challenged!

An article's headline wrote: The Fairchild family is ungrateful. After the comatose son woke up, he tried to abandon his mentally challenged bride!

Within a few hours, the news exploded on the internet.

By the time Xavier found out and blocked the news completely, it had already spread across the country.

Rufus' phone call also came at the first opportunity.

“Xavier, have you read the news on the Internet? What's going on?”

Xavier pinched between his furrowed brows. “Yes. They were brought down in the shortest possible time. I'm trying to find out who is behind it.”
