The Supreme Harvey York novel Chapter 4857

Chapter 4857

Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh!

The pillars charged forward.

Harvey stepped forward calmly to dodge the attack by the skin of his teeth.

“Looks like your Yin-Yang Technique’s not that good,” he said, squinting at the black pillars of light moving threateningly toward him.

‘These people sure like weird things. The attack looks pretty impressive, but not practical at all.

‘It can probably scare a few children, but it’s probably useless against an actual expert.’

“This is all just the beginning, Sir York.”

Soraru smiled.

“The show’s just about to start.”

Many onmyojis in robes crawled out of the corners. Papers with smiling and crying expressions drawn on were stuck on their faces. The papers would sway every so often, revealing the pale faces underneath. It was a peculiar sight.

A timid person would’ve been scared witless and lost all strength to fight back.

Harvey narrowed his eyes.

“The Spirit Bind?

“Interesting. Come at me together, then.”

The Spirit Bind was one of the onmyoji’s moves.

Shikigamis were bound to people on the verge of death. The people would retain their memories and fighting skills, while having their power constantly amplified.

The disparity made him fearful. He took a deep breath, but his throat felt dry all of a sudden.

“Since you’re quite the character yourself, I’ll give you one chance,” Soraru said.

He didn’t know why he would say something like that, but he still went on.

“Beg for mercy, and I can consider leaving your body intact when you die.” daotranslate.com

“Heh!” Harvey scoffed mockingly.

He took a step forward; an aura that resembled a thousand suns seeped out of him.

The Spirit Corpses instantly fell to the ground, and the paper on their faces combusted as soon as they were engulfed by Harvey’s aura.

The corpses started making inhuman screams, as something was pressuring them.
