Sensing her panic, Darryl smiled and said, "Don't worry. Everything's going to be okay."

She said nothing further, she knew that he would not have said that if he did not have a plan in mind.

Cayden lost his patience when he saw Darryl continue to act so blithely. "I'll give you one more chance, Darryl. Get down on your knees and apologize to me now, and I'll put everything behind US," he said coldly.

Darryl chuckled and was about to say something when his attention was captured by a handsome man sauntering toward them. The man was dressed in a white robe, and his elegant demeanor made him seem extraordinary, as did the profound aura surrounding him.
