The only way to save him now is to feed him my blood, but doing that will take a lot out of me. By the way, I've always treated you kindly even though you kept ignoring me. How can you ask me to save him when we're not even friends?"

He said that as his eyes sized up Debra's body. He deliberately said that so that Debra would have no choice but to put down her dignity.

Debra was completely taken aback. Her body trembled. 'What? He wants me to be his woman? How can I do that when I'm already with Darryl?'

She bit her lip and, in a soft but determined manner, said, "No way! You must be joking! Anything but that."

"I'm not joking. On the contrary, I mean what I said," Skylar said seriously.

Debra bit her lip gently. Her mind was a mess, and she was struggling on the inside.

"Miss Debra, I'm not trying to make things hard for you on purpose. To be honest, I fell in love with you at first sight. At that time, I vowed to myself that I would make you mine no matter what. I don't care that you're already with Darryl. Don't worry. I won't force you to do anything you don't like if you stay beside me. I'll be happy as long as I get to see you every day.
