'What the hell?' Darryl was surprised and angry at the same time. 'Why do you have to get so worked up when all I did was mention Cormac Tase's name.' Despite thinking that way, he did not dare show his displeasure; he forced a smile. He said to Nora, "Hey, pretty lady, let's talk nicely. I was wrong—it's Master Tase. Please give me another chance."

Anger stirred within him. 'Damn it. I would never have to beg and plead with these people if my divine power recovers fully.'

The sincere look on Darryl had Nora pondered things for a while. She said arrogantly, "I can probably give you a chance to live. You just need to kowtow to me three times, and I shall forgive you temporarily."

The few disciples started to chatter.

"That's right! Kneel and beg!"

"It's not often our senior sister decides to let someone off the hook. You better take the chance while it's available."

'What the f*ck?' Darryl felt so helpless that he did not know if he should be crying or laughing at the situation. He said, "What if I disagree?"

"You ungrateful b*stard!" Nora frowned and could not bother to talk to Darryl. She waved her hand. "Want to live but don't want to beg? Then I'll just break your legs."

The few disciples at the side started stretching their hands and got their fists ready to attack Darryl. Anyone who disobeyed their senior sister was just looking for trouble.

"Stop! Everyone stop!" They heard a shout from far away. Then, a group of around 100 people went toward them. The leader was Cormac. He was furious.

After Cormac left with his people, he patrolled other places and did not find any other intruders. Then he got worried about Darryl's safety, so he rushed back. He could not let anything happen to Darryl as he was the most precious person in the Pure Yang Division since he knew how to refine an elixir.

When he returned, he saw Nora and a few of his disciples had tied Darryl up. How could he not get angry?
