The Ultimate Husband (Darryl and Lily Lyndon) novel Chapter 5211

"Argh!" The pain swooped down on him. He screamed in agony and looked terrified. "Senior Brother! Help me! Save me! Argh!" he yelled at Vincent. He always thought he was smarter than everyone else, but he never imagined such a fate for himself.

When Vincent realized what was going on, he exhaled heavily. His face was covered in disgust. 'The surrounding area of the door appears normal, and yet, it has so many hidden traps?'

He wanted to help Sherman when he heard him call for assistance. Nonetheless, when he saw Sherman in flames, he was afraid to approach him.

"Senior Brother!" A few seconds later, Sherman called out in grief. His body lay on the ground. When the fire was gone, his body had turned charcoal black. He was dead.

"Sherman!" Vincent shouted when he saw the tragedy that had fallen on Sherman. They were from the same sect but grew up together in the Heavenly Ocean Sect. They had a strong bond. He could not accept it when he saw Sherman die so tragically.

In the next second, Vincent regained his senses. He looked at Darryl fiercely. "You killed Sherman! I will never let you go!" At first, he thought he could teach Darryl a lesson on behalf of Gigi. They not only failed but Sherman was killed in the process.

Darryl found Vincent's death stare amusing. "How intriguing! He was the one who threatened to kill me. He was burned to death after accidentally activating the mechanism. That is known as reaping what one has sown," he said casually and without hesitation.

'What the f*ck?' Anger rushed through Vincent. His eyes were red. He wanted nothing more than to skin Darryl alive. He also wanted to rip Darryl's tendon from his body. "Stop being so pleased with yourself!"

Vincent could only think of one thing—vengeance. Darryl was the reason his beloved woman refused to marry him. Darryl was responsible for the deaths of his junior brother.

Darryl no longer hesitated after confirming Vincent's absence. He pushed the door open.

The door slowly opened, followed by a heavy and dull sound. Darryl entered, waving away the dust in the air with his hand. Behind the door was a hidden palace. The air in the palace was very thin because it had been undisturbed for a long time, so the candlelight was dimmed.

The fresh air was flushed inside when Darryl opened the door. The phosphorus powder in the candlelight chemically reacted with the fresh air and lit up automatically. The dark and gloomy palace was immediately illuminated.

'Oh, wow!' When he saw the scene in front of him, he was stunned.
