"Why don't you believe me?" Darryl had decided that he wanted to tease the Hexa Swordmaidens, so he began to concoct a story.
"What woman?" Just then, Lumi could not tolerate it anymore and talked back angrily. "Stop blabbering!"
'He is such a jerk! First, he lied about us being his women, and now he is starting to make up a story,' Lumi thought.
Darryl sighed and smiled bitterly. "Fine, fine. Since all of you hate me so much, then I won't explain anymore. I'll just divorce all of you. After that, we are no longer related. You can kill me if you want."
After that, Darryl looked at Preston helplessly while pretending to be tired of life. "It's not good to have that many women in your life. Please avenge me after I die. But don't worry, I will tell you the secret of the Celestial Swordsmanship before I die."
Darryl did put on a good act. Preston did not know Darryl was acting. He quickly stopped Darryl. "Master, please don't say that. It's just a small problem. All you need to do is explain it nicely."
Later, he said to the Hexa Swordmaidens, "Come on, look at Master. Can you please forgive him? A day together as husband and wife means endless devotion for the rest of your life. There's no need to have a divorce. Right?"
Preston was certain that the Hexa Swordmaidens were Darryl's women and wanted to mediate the problem. When they saw Preston's sincere and eager face, the Hexa Swordmaidens bit their lips and shivered in rage.
'F*ck, Darryl! He is going way overboard because the Saber Saint is on his side,' Alora thought while her body shivered. She wanted to kill Darryl, but she did not dare to do it because Preston was there.
"Alright!" She tried to calm down and said indifferently to Darryl, "We won't kill you."
Frankly speaking, they were unwilling to settle with Darryl temporarily. However, they did not have a choice. If they killed Darryl, the Saber Saint would not stand idly by. They would have to give up their lives by then, and Belladonna Palace would also be affected.
Her voice was so soft that one would not hear it if one were not paying attention.
She was hesitant to call Darryl honey, but the Saber Saint was near them. If she did not do it, the lie would be revealed.
"Oh, come on." Darryl laughed and said, "Eldest Wife, I can't hear you. Your voice is too small. Don't be shy. The Saber Saint and Lindsey are not outsiders."
Alora's mind was red with rage. She wanted to scold him, but she restrained herself. "Honey," she said again. It was louder than before.
Darryl knew it was time to stop. He nodded with a smile. "That's right. Eldest Wife, you are too sweet."
