Darryl asked some questions about Rachelle's background.

Rachelle came prepared. She answered every question easily, and breaking her was hard.

Darryl had no good reason to keep questioning her.

After finishing the meal, Rachelle sat beside the campfire and dried her clothes. She then walked toward Darryl and said softly, "Sir, you must be tired. Let me massage your legs."

Rachelle was gentle and caring, but her eyes showed traces of frost.
