'This…'
After hearing what Darryl said, Ciara and Tara looked at each other and became quiet.
Quickly, Ciara thought of something and said, "I have money. Let us go, and I'll give you a huge amount of money. Then, you can buy a house and marry yourself a wife."
"Yes!" Tara quickly added, "We'll give you money."
Darryl chuckled. "How much are we talking about?"
Ciara bit her lips lightly and thought. "A hundred thousand Nine Continent currency."
'A hundred thousand?'
Hearing that number, Darryl secretly sneered.
'D*mn it. They're really sending me away like I'm a beggar…'
As Darryl thought, he scratched his head. "Can I really buy a house and marry a wife with a hundred thousand?"
Ciara and Tara nodded.
They thought forty thousand Nine Continent currency was already considered astronomical to a pathetic peasant and that he had no reason to reject it.
However, they did not expect Darryl to shake his head and said seriously, "Do you two think that I've never seen the world before? A guy from my village spent more than a million just for a wedding last year, and now you're only offering me a hundred thousand? I can't do anything with this bit of money."
'Huh?'
Hearing that, Ciara and Tara secretly frowned.
'Is this guy talking nonsense? Are the mountain folks that rich now?'
At that moment, Darryl looked impatient, and he sized Ciara up. "Forget it. I don't want the money. Just bear a child for me. That's less troublesome."
As he spoke, he again pretended to tear Ciara's clothes.
"You… stop it!" Ciara's face changed, and she was frightened. She quickly said, "I'll give you a million!"
"That's still too little!" Darryl shook his head.
"Ten million…"
"Is the rich man's daughter's purity worth only ten million…?"
"Fifty million…" As Ciara said those words, she was almost in tears.
