Chapter 185 

It wasn’t because he was arrogant, but because he was confident in his abilities. 

Brett had been sitting in his office for two hours, holding a test report. 

Brett continued to unfold and squeeze it, revealing his current state of anxiety. 

The ultrasound test report in Brett’s hand showed that the woman had been pregnant for eight weeks. 

And it belonged to no other than Elanor. 

During the day, Brett saw Elanor coming out of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology with a pale face and a blank look. He had been worried about whether Elanor was sick or not. 

After leaving Leonardo’s ward, Brett went straight to the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He wanted to find out what disease Elanor had. 

As a general practitioner in the hospital, it was easy for Brett to check a patient’s case history. Therefore, he obtained Elanor’s ultrasound test report effortlessly. 

But Brett didn’t expect that Elanor was pregnant for two months. 

If he was correct, Elanor could have been pregnant with his child before they broke up. 

Brett had mixed feelings when he knew it. 

As a playboy, Brell never got any woman pregnant before. 

And he never planned to settle down with a woman. 

Brett had never thought about getting married, not to mention having a baby. 

When Brett suddenly knew that Elanor was pregnant with his baby, his heart skipped a beat. He sat in his office and thought about it for two hours.

He wasn’t sure whether he should pretend not to know and carry on with his life as a single man. 

It was Elanor’s choice if she wanted to give birth to his children. As long as they didn’t affect his life, he was simply a sperm donor. 

Or should he go to Elanor and force her to terminate the pregnancy so she wouldn’t force him to marry her? 

Or should he propose to Elanor right away, marry her, and spend the rest of his life with Elanor for the sake of the child? 

Brett’s head was a jumbled mess from thinking all afternoon. He didn’t know how to deal with it. 

Half a month later, Rosalind was basically recovered. She didn’t want to stay in the hospital anymore and wanted to be discharged from the hospital. 

Damian took Yanna and Kevin to pick her up on that day, and even Jonas showed up. 

Although Leonardo had a broken arm, he didn’t need to be hospitalized. He had been in the hospital for more than a month with the intention of spending every day with Rosalind. 

Leonardo was discharged from the hospital with Rosalind since Rosalind was prepared to discharge. 

So Leonardo and Rosalind went back to Deep Mountain Villa together after coming out of the hospital. 

But Leonardo didn’t expect that the door was suddenly closed from inside he was about to enter Rosalind’s villa. 

Kevin, who had always been hostile to Leonardo, shut the door. 

Kevin refused to open the door no matter how hard Leonardo knocked, and he also banned anybody else in the home from opening it for Leonardo. 

“Mom gets hurt every time she meets Uncle Leo. I don’t like him coming to our home, so he’s not welcome here in the future.” 

It was the first time Kevin had said such words so bluntly. His voice was childish but it was tinged with solemnity and dominance. Damian and Rosalind heard this, they dropped their jaws. 

However, Jonas was overjoyed to hear Kevin’s words. He held Kevin in his arms and raised him high. 

“Kevin, you’re so amazing. That’s what I thought. We can’t live in peace with Leonardo arous. We should stay away from him and never let him enter our home again.” 

Jonas didn’t expect Kevin to dislike Leonardo so much. He was ecstatic and even referred to Rosalind’s house as their home. 

In the past half a month, Jonas felt bitter in his heart and even became anxious every time he went to see Rosalind in the hospital and noticed that the boud between Rosalind and Leonardo was improving. Leonardo had saveil Rosali and he feared Rosalind would fall in love with Leonardo again. 

Chapter 185 

If Rosalind selected Leonardo, Jonas wondered if he should give up on her or continue to pursue her. 

Jonas assumed Leonardo was out because Kevin disliked Leonardo so much that he was so determined to keep Rosalind from getting back with Leonardo. 

As far as Jonas was concerned, Rosalind loved Yanna and Kevin more than herself. 

Rosalind valued Kevin’s opinion, which might have influenced her decision. 

It was impossible for Leonardo to be with Rosalind because Kevin disliked him now. 

In the evening, Rosalind slept on the same bed with Yauna and Kevin Rosalind was lying on the king–sized bed with her children, telling them two stories. 

Yanna fell asleep in a short time. Kevin also wanted to sleep, but he knew that Rosalind must have something to tell him, so he tried hard to stay awake. However, his yawning betrayed him. 

“Kevin, go to sleep. 

Rosalind tucked in the covers on the bed for Kevin. After planting a kiss on his forehead, she turned off the light. 

Kevin was a little surprised. He thought Rosalind would ask him why he suddenly became hostile towards Leonardo. To his surprise, Rosalind didn’t ask him. So Kevin couldn’t help but open his mouth first.
