The penthouse bought by Billy must have cost nearly 200 million.

"Mrs Knight, when the property certificate is processed, I will have someone deliver it to you." Ambrose took it with a smile and then turned to look at the two black-clad bodyguards guarding Madge.

"Break her leg and get her outta here!"
