Clutching the divorce agreement, Jessie looked at Mark's side face suspiciously with her dark apricot eyes.

'Did he already know?

How could it be?

But it didn't matter whether he knew it or not. I hadn't done anything yet. She could just go back to her old life. That's not a big deal.'
