Chapter 192
Molly and Sean arrived in the neighboring city around 3 p.m. The clouds are drifting slowly across the clear, blue sky. As soon as they exited the airport, a car was waiting for them, and it drove them directly to the hotel.
This is the city’s most luxurious five-star hotel. Many plants surrounded the hotel, and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene. The structure was designed in a distinctive and high-end British style. As they entered the hotel, Tony was waiting at the front desk.
“So, boss and Ms. May, what are your thoughts? Not bad, right?” Tony smiled as he greeted.
Tony took over the wheelchair’s handrail and escorted them upstairs. He had made the arrangements and handled the check-in for them earlier.
“Not bad,” Molly commented lightly. The hotel’s green environment is unusual in a city, and most hotels’ styles were more resort-like. The three boarded the elevator together and proceeded to the top floor. “Boss, this is your room,” Tony said. He swiped the card and pushed open the door. A small incense burner with a red copper base fills the room with a soothing fragrance. The room appears simple and atmospheric. “Come in, Ms. May, and see if you like it or not,” Tony said to Molly, standing outside the door.
“Am I staying here as well?” Molly immediately recognized what he meant and inquired suspiciously. ‘The setting in this suite was obviously the best,’ she thought. “Yes, treating my boss will be convenient for you. Furthermore, it is now the peak tourist season in this city. I wouldn’t let Ms. May stay in a standard room.”
Tony explained with a smile, concealing his inner anxiety. ‘If my boss sees through my plans, I’m done!
