Chapter 845

The officer nodded politely. "I see. Please follow me.”

After that, the officer brought Sean to the man who followed Molly before telling him briefly about the stalker's identity.

"He's a habitual offender, and he usually only targets single ladies. He went to prison several times for mugging before he came to this area. He accidentally noticed the branded clothes that Ms. May was wearing, and he thought she looked rich. So, he tried and pushed his luck. Fortunately, he was stopped in time."

The officer told Sean about what happened. Then, Sean nodded courteously. "Thank you so much."

"Don't mention it. It's my duty to keep the citizens safe. I'm glad that nothing bad happened to Ms. May this time. However, you should remind her not to go out late at night for her safety."

The office said before he left.

The mugger was sitting on a chair with his hands cuffed. He looked at Sean with a pleading gaze as he earnestly said, "I'm sorry, mister. I didn't mean to harass your wife. It's just that I haven't eaten for a few days, so..."

Clang.

The cell door was shut. Sean did not want to waste any time listening to him, so he left with his men right away.

Anyone who committed a crime would be punished by the law anyway. There was no reason for him to stay there.

The streetlight illuminated Sean's handsome face as soon as he got out of the police station, and the light made his features look extra exquisite.

A gust of chilly wind blew on his face as he coldly asked, "Did she say anything after knowing who you are?"

The bodyguard came around and shook his head. "No, Boss. Ms. May was not really surprised when she saw US, but she didn't reject our help either. She even thanked us for saving her."

In other words, Molly was fine with Sean's men protecting her.

Sean was kind of relieved, but he was still a little worried.

He would not be completely at ease until Molly officially expressed that she had forgiven him.
