Leah thought about it as she looked at the building then said, "This is naturally a great place. From a business point of view, I will even say that this is an extremely good place."
Ernest was a little surprised at the praise. He looked at Leah he smiled after a while,
"It's true. What happened before has nothing to do with the beauty of the location. It is indeed a great place," Leah continued saying, "I won't think that this is a bad place just because something happened to some people here."
"That's well put." Ernest nodded sincerely as he praised her, "Leah, great job, it seems like you are suitable to be a lawyer."
Leah was a little embarrassed at the compliment. "I feel embarrassed after hearing what you said."
"What's there to be embarrassed about? I still remember the first time I met you. Your mentality is much better now compared to back then." Ernest thought of the times where Leah's words shocked him and could not hold back his laughter.
Leah joined in the laugh. "Stop teasing me, I was so heartless back then. Who would have thought that I would end up becoming your girlfriend?"
"Even if you are my girlfriend, you still have to be yourself. I hope that you can continue being yourself," Ernest said seriously, "Don't feel pressured just because you are my girlfriend."
Leah nodded. "Okay, I will try my best."
The two of them looked at each other and laughed again.
"Come on, shall we go downstairs for dinner?" Ernest looked at his watch. Almost twenty minutes had passed.
They were supposed to eat in half an hour. Their time was almost up.
Leah was really hungry too.
Were they supposed to eat by themselves? What about Gary and Celeste?
"Are we just going down to eat by ourselves? What about your brother and Celeste?"
"I want to ask them too, but who knows how long it will take for them to finish?" Ernest laughed and said, "So, I think that we should worry about ourselves first."
Leah laughed. "That's right, let's go then."
With that, the two of them prepared to go downstairs together.
As soon as she opened the door, the door of the next room opened too.
What a coincidence!
The four of them met in the corridor again.
Gary was not surprised when he saw Ernest and Leah. On the contrary, he seemed calm. He smiled as he looked at them. "You're here?"
"Good evening, Gary, Celeste." Leah was very lively, she greeted them in a bright and clear voice.
"You're finally here." When Celeste saw them, she was also very happy and excited.
She thought that they would not come.
She did not expect to see them as soon as she opened the door. This was such an unexpected thing.
"Celeste, since we said that we would come, then we would keep our word." Leah held Celeste's arms as she said that. "When we arrived, we told the butler to prepare dinner in a little while. It is almost time. Come on, let's go have dinner together."
The two girls went downstairs together side by side, leaving the two men behind yet again.
Gary shrugged as looked at Ernest and teased, "I thought you two would only come here after two days." "Did you think that we would choose the room farthest from you?" Ernest raised his eyebrows and retorted.
Gary raised his eyebrows and admitted, "Yes, that's right. I thought that you would choose the room that is the furthest from Celeste and me. I seemed to have forgotten that you're someone who doesn't play by the rules."
"You two had a long afternoon nap," said Ernest suddenly.
Gary was stunned at the change in topic then laughed. "That's right. Anyway, we're on holiday. We went to sleep since we had time."
"Sure you did." How could Ernest not know what he meant when he said that they would sleep for a while.
They both knew what it meant, but neither of them pointed it out.
"Let's go downstairs to eat." Gary stretched his back. His movements were extremely lazy and a little emotional too. "I am kind of hungry or
Ernest glanced at his brother before he smirked and said without hesitation, "You overexercised, of course, your appetite will increase. It's just that you shouldn't overwork your body or you will be completely drained."
"Scram!" Gary sneered. "Is that a warning or an insult? I think you should also pay attention to your body, don't let Leah drain everything out from you."
"You don't have to worry about this, I have confidence in my body." Ernest did not avoid the topic. "Leah has great strength too. But that doesn't seem to be the case for Celeste. You'd better take it easy, or she might need to take medicine again."
It was really just a reminder.
Gary was surprised. He then remembered that Celeste once mentioned that she went to see a doctor.
"It looks like I really have to bring Celeste for a checkup to see if there are any changes in her body." Gary made up his mind on the spot for a health checkup.
However, Ernest did not think much of it.
It was Gary and Celeste's business. They would naturally plan out their lives, there was no need for other people to worry about it.
"Well then, I wish you good luck." With that, Ernest went downstairs.
Gary followed suit. "Thanks for your blessing. We will definitely try our best too."
