True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 1985

Gary frowned in an instant, his face was terrifyingly gloomy. It was as if the phone call was a ticking time bomb which instantly ignite his anger.

His good-looking face darkened. He answered the call, but his voice was extremely cold, it was mixed with coldness and indifference. "Who said you could call me?"

"Gary, you promised me." Janice was shocked by his cold tone. When she came back to her senses, she immediately retorted, "Don't forget that you are my boyfriend now."

"We will talk about this after two months," Gary said in a deep voice.

Janice was stunned once more. She hesitated for a while and said, "That wasn't what you said when you proposed your conditions to me at first."

"When I set out my conditions, I did not allow you to call me either," Gary said in a cold tone. Extreme displeasure could be seen on his handsome face.

"Gary, you are going back on your words." "So what if I do?" Gary's tone was extremely cold and impatient. He did not want to pay Janice any attention, and he would like to end the call right away if he could.

"Ha!" Janice sneered. "Aren't you afraid that I will change my statements again right away and send Lowell to prison?"

"If you do that and repeatedly changing your statements, you will only be viewed as causing trouble for the police. I think you yourself should know the price you have to bear for that yourself," Gary reminded her coldly.

"Gary." Janice was stunned again. She bit her lip hard, and she said after a while, "Have you already made up your mind to fool me like this since the beginning?"

"I said two months. Before that, please do not contact me."

"However, I just had a miscarriage, and I need you to accompany me now."

Gary snorted coldly, his eyes narrowed, it was filed with disdain and ridicule. "Did you get my consent when you got pregnant with my child?"

Janice was embarrassed by his question.

"Janice, you have to remember what I promised you. I will definitely fulfil my promise. However, if you try to trick me, I will make you suffer ten times more." Gary's cold tone was filled with

determination.

When she heard what he said, she pursed her lips and said, "However, if you lie to me, I will make you suffer and regret it for the rest of your life. I will do what I say. If you don't believe me, then you can try."

Gary tightened his grip on the phone. His tightened his grip so hard that veins bulged out from his hand.

Janice then hung up the call.

Gary's gaze was sharp, but at the same time, they were also immensely gloomed, just like ink.

Losing Celeste was really a exasperating pain and regret for him.

After that, he picked up the phone and called Janice again.

On the other side, Janice saw the call coming, and a trace of pride flashed in her eyes.

Humph!

In the end, he still called back.

Janice took her own sweet time to answer the phone.

"What is it?" Janice asked.

"Janice, how great, you actually have the guts to threaten me." Gary's deep voice sent chills down her spine.

However, Janice smiled, as if she did not hear the sarcasm in his words. "I am just returning the favor. There's nothing that I'm scare of now."

"You are not allowed to disturb Celeste." Gary reminded, "If I find out that you secretly disturbed her, I will make you wish you were dead."

"If you don't keep your promise, I might really go and disturb her." Janice acted as if she did not hear Gary's warning. Her tone was greatly provocative. "I will even make her feel double the pain that I have once felt and suffered."

Gary scolded, "How dare you!"

"Do you want to know whether I dare do that? Try me." Janice sneered. "I am telling you now. There's nothing that I would fear anymore now."

"You are insane." Gary's cold voice was filled with a sense of rage that could not be hidden.

"Of course I am." Janice burst out laughing, her laughter was somewhat sad. "If I can't get the happiness I want after giving everything up, then what else do I have to fear?"

Gary was stunned.

Janice continued, "I thought that you would feel a little pain and sadness after my miscarriage. At least, you would feel sorry for the baby shares your blood. I thought that you would behave like a father, but you are so heartless. You only care about your Celeste. Gary, you're so cruel to me. How can you expect me to not treat Celeste like I'm a crazy woman?"

"You!" The veins on Gary's forehead throbbed, flames of rage burst out from his eyes.

That d*mned woman, how did she dare threatening him.
