True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz) novel Chapter 953

Xavier was stunned. He looked at Alice and questioned in a cold voice, "So, what you're saying is that you're not going to show Marry any mercy?"

Alice did not stand on ceremony and said bluntly, "She's lucky that we did not harm her twice as much as she did to us. We are already benevolent yet you still want us to show mercy. I think you're being greedy."

Alice had made herself clear, but she realised that this man was not willing to give up.

Surely enough, Xavier said, "You two are sisters, there is no need to argue. Just forget about it."

"Are you trying to persuade me to be more generous?" Alice sneered.

"Of course." Xavier nodded.

"You weren't in our shoes. You have no idea what we've been through. Why should you persuade us to be magnanimous? Let me ask you a question. If you were set up by someone and it leaves a mark on you forever, will you forgive that person?"

"I'm a man," he replied in a deep voice.

"Oh, so what you're saying is that you're actually happy when a woman hurts you?"

"Although I don't want to admit it, I have to say it. This does not affect a man much. Instead, it affects a woman more."

"However, now that you're married to Jensen, I guess it can be regarded as a favorable outcome. Not to mention your sister, who is with Heinz. They even have two adorable children. What else do they still want?"

"Sometimes life is a blessing in disguise. Since you have happiness in your life, why don't you cherish it?"

"You should ask yourself this question. To be exact, you should ask Marry. She already has the Sunny Group and Simon, yet she does not cherish them. Instead, five years later when she met us again, she wanted to annihilate us all. Why don't you ask her why she isn't cherishing what she has?"

The man was speechless, and he frowned. He snorted coldly and said irritably, "Well, you have a glib tongue, so I can't seem to convince you. I'm sorry to let you down, but don't ever think that I'll let you go."

As soon as he finished speaking, Xavier covered Alice's mouth and nose with a cloth. At that moment, Alice felt that everything became pitch black as she fell into unconsciousness again.

When Xavier saw Alice lying on the bed, he threw the towel away and went to wash his hands. When he came back, he picked up the phone and dialed a number.

After the call was connected, he said, "Godmother, Alice refuses to cooperate. I even threatened her, but she's extremely stubborn."

The woman's voice on the phone was sharp. "It seems like you're good for nothing. You can't even handle such a small thing. She's the youngest, and yet you can't even subdue her. Tell me, what should I do with you?"

There was a look of helplessness on Xavier's face, and he immediately said, "Godmother, I think that we only want Marry's freedom, but now they don't even want to let us go. If I hurt Alice badly, it would worsen the situation."

"You're full of needless fears and that's stopping you from doing great things. You have to put away your good thoughts. If you are not ruthless enough. They will not be afraid of you. If you can't do it, I will send someone else. You'd better be clear and don't let me down."

"Yes, Godmother!" Xavier said. "Leave it to me.

Give me 24 hours."

"Fine!"

He hung up the phone.

Xavier then looked at Alice, who was lying on the bed. After that, he frowned and went out.

At the time, Jensen and Heinz still had not managed to find out who had kidnapped Alice.

In the surveillance footage, they managed to find out the last place where Alice was seen. However, there was neither any trace of Alice anymore, nor were there any suspicious vehicles after that.
