Turning Of The Tide (Natalie and Trevon) novel Chapter 699

After coming out of the cafe, Jasper told Ruby about his meeting with her father. He also told Ruby about their conversation, only the words that didn't worry her.

He didn't say anything about probation or making up for his mistakes.

When Ruby heard that he made a deal with her father, she was so touched that she burst into tears. She told Jasper that she had gone to look for his father during the day. Jasper comforted her and reminded her of cherishing the moments with family. Ruby nodded in tears.

The next morning, a big truck was slowly driving towards the suburbs with a full box of goods. A handsome young man sat in the front passenger seat, and the driver glanced at him from time to time.

The driver saw that the person beside him was cold and quiet. Other than paying him when he got into the car and telling him the destination, this young man had not spoken since. If not so, the driver would have thought that this person was mute.

An hour later, the truck drove into the Roberts' Villa. With the sudden arrival of a large truck and its full goods, Tom and Benjamin, who were standing at the door, immediately stood up straight and looked energetic.

After the car stopped, the two of them walked quickly to the car. Tom asked, "Mr. Wilson, what is this? Is it going to the docks?"

Jasper had already jumped down from the front passenger seat and instructed people to unload the goods. He replied calmly, "No, it's for Uncle."

Benjamin raised his head and looked at the goods in the car. He estimated for a moment and said, "That's a lot. Do we have to put them here?"

'Where should I put them? There are probably more than a hundred boxes.'

The people in the villa heard the noise in the courtyard and walked out. Grace was not working anymore and was wearing simple home clothes. William was already dressed up. He glanced at the truck of goods and was shocked. "Jasper, what are you doing so early in the morning? Why are you sending so many goods here? I don't have a place to put them in my villa."

Grace took a step outside and narrowed her eyes when she saw the words on the boxes. Why did he send so many tampons over? It was embarrassing to see so many private items piled together.

Just as she was about to speak, Frank and Ava came out. Ava was also shocked by the scene in the courtyard and felt puzzled. "Jasper, why are you here? What is this?"

The entire family was dumbfounded by Jasper's actions early in the morning. Even the bodyguards looked at each other in confusion.

Frank and Ava were both wearing suits and preparing to go to work early after breakfast. The two kids had already been sent to school by Frank. They had just returned and planned to send Ava to work.

He walked around the truck. There were already more than 20 boxes of goods unloaded on the ground. After looking at them for a few seconds, the corners of Frank's lips curled up as if he understood something. He stopped and said to the workers, "Sir, thanks for your hard work."

Then, he turned around and said to Jasper, who had been silent all this while, "I got it. Your future father-in-law asked you to send these things here. So he didn't break up a couple. That's fine."

Jasper answered truthfully, "You're right. Uncle, there are 100 boxes for you."

Hearing the number, Frank smiled again. Ava walked around the car and asked Jasper, "Jasper, what are these?"

"Tampons."

Everyone was dumbfounded. 'What? Tampons? 100 boxes? Are you kidding me?' Questions lingered in everyone's heads.

They were curious about what had happened.

Frank raised his hand to let them stop unloading. He made a call first. "Stop. You'll have to spend a lot of effort to upload them back."

The phone was still ringing. Frank said again, "Someone is taking these things. Just have a break."

A few seconds later, the call was picked up. Frank's tone was full of smiles as he jumped straight to the point. "The show is over. I have 100 boxes of tampons here. I'll take 1, you take 9. What about that?"

The person on the other end of the phone did not understand. He asked in a low voice, "What do you mean?"

Frank laughed out loud and repeated. "I'm talking about your gifts, 100 boxes of tampons. Good quality. Don't waste them. I'll get 10 boxes and you get the rest 90 boxes."

As soon as he finished speaking, Trevon understood. "Anyway, you're Jasper's uncle. It's not fair. What about this? You get 40 and I get 60. I'll take 10 more punches for you."

Frank turned around and looked at the 100 boxes of tampons. His forehead was also throbbing. Ava didn't use this brand, so Grace probably didn't need this much either. Nona used the same brand as Ava. In the end, he didn't compromise. "I take 20 and you take 80. If you can't use all of them, give them to your maids as benefits. If there are still many left, give the rest to the secretary department."

The person on the other end of the phone was silent and seemed to be thinking. Frank teased, "If you really can't do it, dismantle them and stack them up as a lazyback."

As soon as Frank finished speaking, Trevon hung up. Jasper's phone rang. He picked it up and didn't say anything. He just listened to what was being said on the phone. A few minutes later, the call ended.

Jasper instructed them to keep 10 boxes and send the rest to the Wilson Group.

Upon hearing Jasper's instructions, Frank laughed out loud again. That idiot was serious about distributing tampons to his employees. However, it seemed all the staff together wouldn't be able to run them out.

Frank guessed that with Hackett's personality, he was probably still thinking of more evil methods to punish them.

It was not until the truck left that Ava and Grace asked about this matter. Frank carried Ava into the villa and told her everything that had happened.

"You can't blame Hackett for that. Frank, you made a mistake. Why did you lie to him? It's you who introduced that tampon brand. You asked for it."

The corners of Frank's mouth curled up. "Yes, don't worry. I'll take care of it."

Ava was a little worried that their relationship would worsen. "Frank, if Hackett hits you, you should bear with it. Ruby is a treasure to Hackett."

Ava thought back to when she was chasing Frank. His parents and brother had never interfered with her affairs. The only thing she had gained from the family was encouragement. Now that she thought about how Hackett treated Ruby. Perhaps every parent treated their children differently.
