Unrivaled Dragon Lord novel Chapter 79

The crowd gradually parted, and a figure appeared at the end of the line, coming towards them.

"Maxwell..." Andreas looked a little cold. What was the kept man doing here?

Many staff members were also very confused.

"Why are you here? I told you to go back." Greta's beautiful face looked astonished.

Maxwell smiled. "Ms. Greta, you left your bag in the car, so I'll bring it over."

Maxwell handed out Greta's delicate bag, glanced at Andreas and said, "Oh, Mr. Andreas..."

Andreas looked cold. He didn't even look at Maxwell, and treated him as air.

"Greta, take it. It will save the Sandoval Group." Andreas turned to look straight at Greta.

Greta's beautiful eyes stared at the black card in the gift box, and she was struggling... Andreas was right. What the Sandoval Group really needed was the black card.

However, Greta couldn't believe that Andreas, who had borne so many grudges against her, would help her unconditionally.

"Greta, take it. This is an opportunity for the Sandoval Group." All of a sudden, Maxwell said so, which made everyone gasp. No one thought that Maxwell would one day stand with Mr. Andreas!

As Greta's husband, Maxwell didn't mind her wife accepting others' help, and he even spoke up for Mr. Andreas.

He was such a coward! Many people looked at him disdainfully.

No wonder he was described as a kept man. How could a coward match Greta, the most beautiful woman in business world?

Many people were gossiping about it. As Greta's husband, he did not step forward when the Sandoval Group was in crisis. Instead, Mr. Andreas, who had nothing to do with Greta, and who had just arrived in Ocean City, was generous to help the Sandoval Group survive the crisis.

For many, Andreas was more suitable than Maxwell to be Greta's husband.

Maxwell was such an irresponsible man.

"Greta, take it and the Sandoval Group will turn the corner." When Andreas spoke, his voice was soft and gentle, like a spring breeze, full of strange magic, and made people unable to refuse.

At that moment, Greta's delicate and beautiful face suddenly looked stern and she became very determined. "Mr. Andreas, I can't take this money!"

Greta didn't say it loud, but everyone in the room could hear it clearly!

The crowd was taken aback! Greta turned Mr. Andreas down!

The only chance was presented to Greta, but Greta refused it!

Greta was not giving up an opportunity but the entire Sandoval Group!

No one would expect that Mr. Andreas would one day be turned down!

Andreas's hand shook as he held the box. He was still cool, but deep in his eyes there was a hint of annoyance.

He... again, was rejected.

"Greta, I advise you to think about it. The Sandoval Group doesn't have a chance." Andreas said in a low voice.

"No. I've already made up my mind." Greta shook her head, looked firm, and said firmly, "Thank you for your help, but I can't take the money. Mr. Andreas, please take it back."

Maxwell was standing aside, looking at Greta with a look of indifference, but his eyes were shining with deep joy as she looked at Greta.

"Greta... Are you... Are you fooling with me?" Finally, Andreas could not pretend to be calm. He stared at Greta with coldness and displeasure.

"I'm not fooling with you, Mr. Andreas. I really appreciate your help, but this gift is too huge for me to accept." Greta shook her head. Her beautiful eyes were calm. Even though she trembled at Andreas's fury, she didn't budge.

"Very good," said Andreas, whose face was ferocious and he didn't pretend to be a gentleman now. He glanced at Greta and Maxwell with a cold look and said, "After three hours, I will wait for the big moment for the Sandoval Group."

"Let's go."

Andreas hurried out of the CEO's office. Not until Andreas went out of the Sandoval Tower and left by his private car did she sit down on the chair, looking pale and desperate.
