The two of them got into the car together. Elijah said, "I find this week's psychological counseling useless. Please help me find a more authoritative psychologist."
Ben shook his head. "Your self-awareness is too strong. No doctor can overpower you. It'll still be useless even if you see another hundred doctors. At the very least, this doctor can help you sleep."
"But she seems not serious in treating me," Elijah frowned.
"Oh? What do you mean?" Ben asked with great interest.
"Her words always carry some underlying meanings, and I find her annoying."
In short, Elijah still didn't believe in this supposedly authoritative female doctor.
"She treated many wealthy individuals who had insomnia, and they recovered well. It is difficult to hire her," said Ben.
Elijah didn't say anything more.
He was probably overthinking things.
However, since he got the sachet from Cordelia, he could sleep peacefully.
But Ben was worried that he might become dependent on it like a sleeping aid, causing his insomnia to return after a while.
After careful consideration, they still chose to hire this expensive psychological counselor to provide counseling for him, thereby completely improving his sleep and no longer relying on external aids.
When Elijah reached home, he sat tiredly on the sofa and pinched between his brows.
Inadvertently, he found something shiny in the crack of the sofa.
He frowned and reached over with his hand, only to find a shiny hairpin.
He remembered that Cordelia liked to carry a hairpin with her so that she could pin her hair at any time.
Without much thought, he called Cordelia.
Soon, Cordelia picked up the phone, and there was the sound of running water beside her.
"What's up?"
"Well, I found a hairpin from the crack of the sofa. It is lavender. Is it yours?" Elijah asked casually.
