We Will Collide Someday by Scarlett Sanchez novel Chapter 391

Chapter 391 Am I Not Magnanimous Enough?

Alexa didn’t realize until now that she might have upset Terrence somehow today when talking about Giselle.

“I didn’t mean any of that.”

As she said that, she pushed Terrence back into their room before closing the door.

Terrence sat on the bed without resisting and looked at her very seriously.

Alexa thought she was the one who always took the initiative in the relationship.

After all, Terrence, prim and proper as he was, seemed to find a teasing manner beyond him and would blush right off the bat whenever Alexa teased him.

But now that she thought about it, Alexa found that Terrence was actually pretty needy even though they were married.

The way Terrence behaved made Alexa feel as if they were still a new couple and were still passionately in love. And Alexa liked it a lot.

“Mr. Ramsey, shall we talk a bit?”

“Yes, okay.”

Terrence nodded obediently, letting her take control.

“I hope I didn’t cause you any trouble.”

“Who says that you’ve caused me trouble?”

Alexa sat down on his lap and hooked her arms around his neck gently.

“Or is it because you feel insecure?”

“No! It’s not like that…”

Terrence’s heart was pounding with excitement from the way she looked at him.

Although he had always been the boss and the one in control in front of others, before Alexa, he was submissive to a fault.

“I’m sorry that what I said today hurt you. I didn’t mean it.”

Alexa apologized sincerely and then kissed him lightly on his lips.

Terrence blinked in surprise. But Alexa gave him another kiss regardless before continuing, “I love you.

“And that is self-evident.”

“Alexa…”

Alexa tended to be a very straightforward person who almost made no secret of what was in her mind.

And Terrence liked her about that.

“It’s okay.”

Alexa brushed his eyebrows with her finger lightly while smiling brightly.

“Come to think of it. It seems that we haven’t dated for a long time.”

Ever since they had Damarion, Alexa had shifted all her attention to Damarion.

“Yes.”

Terrence nodded and looked at her expectantly.

“Can we have a date tomorrow? Let me arrange it.”

“Okay.”

Alexa nodded and agreed readily.

That night, Terrence slept very soundly with Alexa in his arms.

The next morning, Alexa woke up early to get dressed.

“I’ve muted my phone already. No one can bother us today.”

Terrence had changed his clothes and was waiting for her in the room.

“I see you’re wearing a suit. You wear a suit on a date as well?”

“That’s because it is a date with my wife. It is very important.”

He adjusted the tie clip carefully before looking at Alexa in the mirror.

“Which lipstick should I use today?” Alexa was torn.

Terrence thought a bit and chose the one she used the most usually.

In fact, he had been paying attention to all these details, ones that even Alexa did not notice.

Terrence remembered everything about her clearly.

Jason and Rebekah were very happy, knowing that they were going to have a date. Due to that, they picked up Damarion early in the morning.

Alexa wanted to focus on only the date with Terrence today.

Unexpectedly, the moment they went out, she met Finley and Thalia.

They were walking on the street hand in hand. But the moment Thalia saw Alexa, she shook off Finley’s hand and ran over.

Noticing that Finley’s hand hung in mid-air awkwardly, Alexa felt a bit sorry for him.

And although Terrence remained silent, his eyes were filled with resistance to Thalia.
